Subscription and billing
- Dreamsbuzz offers a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
- After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the plan price you selected (€7.99 per month or €49.99 per year) unless canceled before the trial ends.
- You can cancel anytime from your Profile settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
EU right of withdrawal note: under EU consumer law, customers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital subscription purchase — but this right can be waived once the customer starts using digital content immediately with explicit consent. A lawyer should confirm the correct consent language for the checkout flow.
Non-EU users: cancellation and refund terms follow the policy above (cancel anytime, effective at end of billing period) as a baseline; where local consumer law grants additional rights (e.g. mandatory cooling-off periods in some countries), those rights apply on top of this policy.
